Pero's Restaurant

I learned yesterday that Pero's Restaurant has been reopened on Northshore Drive in Rocky Hill, which is in West Knoxville. The original Pero's was on Kingston Pike, and it was one of my dad's favorite restaurants. I have a vague memory that their sign included a black cow. Grub Scout has a review.
