Heading for the Three-Day Weekend

It occurred to me yesterday morning about this time that we have a long holiday weekend to look forward to as we wind down the work week. My sister Laura sent me an e-mail yesterday saying she and my niece are driving up to La's Cozy Creek cabin in Gatlinburg to spend the night Sunday, and I think we'll join them. The weather this week has been splendid, and it is supposed to continue to be warm and mostly sunny through the weekend and into next week. Bring it on!
