Classes and Capstone
Although I issued a press release that ran in my local newspaper, I have neglected to report here that I have completed sixty hours of course work in the University of Tennessee County Technical Assistance Service County Officials Certificate Training Program. I recently passed their exit exam so that I can attend a three-day Capstone training event at Montgomery Bell State Park at the end of the month. After the Capstone event, I will be a Certified Public Administrator. I believe I have benefited from the training that I received in the program and that what I have learned will help me continue to run an efficient and professional Clerk and Master's office for Blount County.
