In the past couple of years I have learned to enjoy Thai food, which I have only experienced at Stir Fry Cafe over in Knoxville and at Lemon Grass Restaurant here in Maryville. There was talk a year or so ago about a Stir Fry Cafe opening in Maryville in the building that used to house Roy's Record Shop, but there was still a "For Sale" sign in the window when I drove by there on Friday. I've never cooked Thai food at home, but I found a recipe for a Thai pork dish that I may try and make one day on a Nashville foodie blog, Eat. Drink. Smile.

Thai Pork
