
One of my favorite foodie blogs, the Nobel Pig, of
McMinnville, Oregon, rather than
McMinnville, Tennessee, recently posted a recipe for
Tennessee-Style Mustard Cole Slaw. I've never been a big fan of slaw, except as a condiment for hot dogs and barbecue, but my Grandmother Ogle used to serve home made slaw that was delightful. This recipe might produce something similar.
