The Miz shocked the WWE Universe when he cashed in his Money in the Bank contract on a vulnerable Randy Orton on Raw to capture the WWE Championship, but the Age of Awesome could very well end in a shower of splinters at WWE TLC when the brash new WWE Champion defends his title against the vengeful Viper in a Tables Match.

As The Miz was biding his time in possession of a guaranteed WWE Title Match wherever and whenever he wanted it, WWE Champion Orton was facing a serious threat from Nexus leader Wade Barrett. Orton refused to go down without a fight, but the battered and bruised WWE Champion could not turn back The Miz’s vicious offense for long, ultimately succumbing to a Skull-Crushing Finale that earned The Awesome One his first WWE Title victory. But at WWE TLC, The Viper will be out to make The Miz taste timber.
Will Orton humble The Miz and earn his seventh WWE Title? Or will the Age of Awesome continue into 2011? Find out by tuning in to WWE TLC, Dec. 19, only on pay-per-view.
