This is kind of cheating, because it's really a sub-set of "Decorations," but I like this particular decoration enough that it deserves its own item.
We've got a cool, life-size skeleton that we bring out this time of year. Last year we started playing a game with it, putting it in different parts of the house and posing it like it's taking a bath, sleeping in someone's bed, sitting at their desk, etc. The rule is that whoever discovers it gets to move it for the next person to find.
