Restaurant Review: Sample Family Restaurant, Estill Springs, Tennessee

When we are at our cabin in Estill Springs we always eat breakfast at Sample Family Restaurant, located at 204 South Main Street (Highway 41-A), Estill Springs, Tennessee, just a couple of miles from the Camp. Before the Sample family started operating the business, it was known as Pat's Place. We've been eating there for years, but I've never had a meal there besides breakfast. I usually get a sausage and cheddar omelet, biscuits and gravy and hash browns with cheese, onion and tomatoes, and a big ol' glass of iced tea. I fed my family of five, which includes two teenage boys, for $42.00 including tip. The service is always good, and they make a great breakfast. Also, they have a big booth in the back that seats 8-10 people, which is handy when we have a big group at the cabin.
